Our Story
In 2022, Alex was a small team in Mendoza helping a handful of US companies hire developers in Argentina. It quickly became clear that the problem wasn't finding talent. LATAM has plenty. The challenge was everything else: contracts that didn't meet local requirements, payroll delays, confusing benefits, and compliance gaps.
That's why Alex was built differently. Not as a platform-first company, but as a people-first one. In every country Alex operates, local HR, legal, and payroll experts were brought on board, professionals who understand the system from the inside and can navigate its complexities.
